So here's my current CL stack im gonna start up:

    WF/GM/PW/RED PM

When im done with everything how long should i cycle off?

And i read u dont have to cycle off GM u can just keep taking it right?

Cycle WF for 2 weeks. I prefer one month.

GM/PW/RED PM don't need to be cycled.

        Nope.

There's no significant evidence which shows that cycling creatine is better than taking it continuously. There's no compelling proof which shows that creatine supplementation in athletes will down-regulate the body's own ability to produce creatine.

Why would creatine need to be cycled? You naturally obtain creatine from chicken, fish, etc...

As long you are taking 3 to 5 grams a day, you should be fine.
Current Stack: White Flood, Con-Cret, GlycerGrow, Xtend, X-Factor, OxiOmega fish oil, AST Multi Pro 32X, Milk Thistle, Dymatize Elite protein.

It's an old misconception. As Tank said, it isn't mandatory

I was going to post a similar thread but I may as well ask my question here; why cycle white flood at all? Is it for health reasons? So you dont get used to the stims?

For one thing it wont be as effective and two its not good to stay on something that "stimulates" your CNS(central nervous system) for too long

One of the reasons. As as someone said, it's to give your CNS (Central Nervous System) a rest. So your receptors, which have react to the stims, have a break and recharge, if you will

diminishingreturns as time progresses without cycling off
