Recently been reading up on pete sisco's new weight training book. It has some radical routines, and guid lines. Anyone out there tried this? let me know. Thanks...

static time duration exercises are something I would recommend doing once every 5 years to keep your body guessing. outside of that, it isn't anything new or radical that will be amazing, and quite frankly, if your looking for performance it will be horrible. Your muscles aren't held in static contractions at all ever during movement.

    and this is great:
"Lucky for us, Pete also happens to be smart as a whip, with a background in mathematics. "

Next time you need exercise advice; ask your algebra teacher!! If your ever interested in learning about nutrition, go ask a geologist.....

hopefully you received the book for free, and it is as short as i hope (took you 10-15minutes to read)

a better read on the same training program design topic would be Dave Tate's extended tension program
