Can you take ZMA with Green Bulge\Mag?

like the title says. To me it seems like a dumb questions, however I remember reading somewhere that this can cause adverse effects. Kind of flu like, and I dont enjoy throwing up all that much. I am planning on taking Bullet Proof from Muscle Pharm, which contains ZMA ... I got a free tub so why not give it a shot! If that goes well, I will continue with just taking regular ZMA once it is finished.

Looking forward to to find out if its true! I cant find the post where I read that, but I beleive it was somewhere on bodybuilding.com.

sure, just space it out from green mag and make sure to cycle the zma.
