  • Should i take PW ??

    i'm taking PI while working out is there BCAA in there ? or i should take PW after work out too ? what about off days should it take PW ?

    You don't HAVE to use PW bc PiT does have BCAA's, but if you can mix PW and PiT intra workout.. do it! This is the best "coctail" for me... Since you are using a serving of each, it kinda works out the same financially.

      exactly. they can be stacked (1 scoop of each) intra, or you can use 2 scoops of either one.

        i've been using 2 scoops of each. unfortunately, my tub of pw was finished off last night. trying to hold off on purchasing anything else, until i see if anything "BIG" is going to take place........

                  PI would be more suited for sipping on during your workouts and PW more for cardio, but I just mixed the two and enjoyed it very much!

                    The one scoop of each thing is a good idea, and cost effective, but I personally think if you want to get the best out of both products, go with PiT intra workout, have your protein shake & other supps immediately after your workout, and then 30-60 minutes later, have your post workout solid food meal with a scoop of PW.

                    As far as taking PW on off days it's not necessary, but again, if you want to get the most out of it, go for it. Because BCAA's are anti-catabolic, I would have a scoop immediately upon waking.
