  • Getting Started with HIIT

    After getting some great leg workout advice from Laurie last nite, I really started to consider revamping some of my workouts. I'm thinking about trying to throw in some HIIT. Does anybody have any links/info on where to start with this? Beginner workouts?

    all you do is hard work, with short rest periods... it can be accomplished numerous ways, but the principle remains; hard work (high intensity), short/minimal rest periods (interval training)
