i know that winter is coming up and trying to gain some muscle but how long should i go ? and how many lb am i aiming for ? i will be taking BG, OT, WF,GM, myofusion for protein, ZMA and casein b4 bed. anything else i should know about ? i train around 4 times a week.

Mirror/strength is the key IMO, until later stages. I rarely watch my weight on a bulk. I try to eat clean and eat frequently.CONTROLLED LABS
