how long should a bulk up season go ?

  • how long should a bulk up season go ?

    i know that winter is coming up and trying to gain some muscle but how long should i go ? and how many lb am i aiming for ? i will be taking BG, OT, WF,GM, myofusion for protein, ZMA and casein b4 bed. anything else i should know about ? i train around 4 times a week.

    Generally, I'd aim to gain around 1lb per week.. TOPS

      Mirror/strength is the key IMO, until later stages. I rarely watch my weight on a bulk. I try to eat clean and eat frequently.

          i would ditch the zma as well. or at the very least cycle it often

                I haven't weighed myself in months...and i don't even care.

                I says, as long as your bigger, stronger, faster, etc. who cares what weight your at

                    explosive/power movements, dynamic work (in the westside method), plyometrics/shock training/whatever you wanna call it


                    Speed & Strength are both skills that can be trained and improved..
