I just started my BG on Tues! I'd like to hear how it does you... and how long before you "feel it". I'm super excited to see what it can add to my workouts.

I took 4 the first day, but then again I am not always good at following directions! lol To be safe you should prob. only take 1. You know do as I say, not as I do. lol They told me about a week and a half before you start feeling the effects, so testing with 1 isn't going to hurt.

Take 1-2 to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction.

I took 2 for the first dosage, I plan to take 3 tomorrow, and 5 from there on out so the bottle finishes on a full dosage. I will certainly post a review when I notice a difference. I am planning to do a thorough log on bb.com of my entire stack, member name: chubbarock.
