-Nice packaging. Individual packets. Smells good. Strange name.

    What's in it

    How's it taste
Taste is good, 9/10. A bit like jello. Not too sweet but nice aftertaste and flavor. Masks the ingredients well.

    How's it work
Works pretty good. It gave me a boost with my workout. Theres some caffeine in it, otherwise a proprietary blend of your regular stuff: creatine, vitamin B's, taurine, glutamine, etc. ~11g of ingredients is dosed well, but who knows how much of what is in it. They seem to work synergisticly. I'm sensitive to caffeine but I don't think there is anymore than 75mg in this. It's a clean boost, no jitters.

Although I won't be drinking this before my workouts, the convenient packets make it ideal for early mornings at work; both to give me a boost and help with recovery.

my workout partner got some and gave me some packets. i paid $0

        I don't know who makes it ... (drinkgarbage.com). I don't beleive any company makes it, I think it's just a free-standing product.

Its an indie company and I think it sells for about $30-32 for a pack of 30. I'll take my 30 bucks elsewhere...
