My bottle of blue gene should be coming today, however today is cardio day. Do you guys still recommend using blue gene an hour before my run? should i take BG everyday even if i only workout 3 days a week? Just to clarify, i lift 3 days a week and do cardio 2 days a week with 2 days of rest. i like to seperate my lifting and cardio. Thanks

From my experience it will take about 5 days for blue gene to start to kick in. Start now and wait for the gains! Be sure to take every day not just cardio. You will want to make it a staple!!!!Originally posted by Djclueless View Post -
