  • GG+GMag+PW NEED HELP PLEASE READ

    Hey everyone I am thinking of buying GMagnitute+Glycergrow+Purple Wraath from controlled lab. I am 6'2 175-180 looking to get up to about 190 and want to know if i should take GMag or Green Bulge I have read about every article on each product and see people gaining weight but also losing some weight but I am sure thats on how you eat..I just want to make sure if gmag or gb will be fine with PW and GG.


    I want to know how much of each product I should take before during and after I go to the gym and also what I need to do to bulk up. Also going to take 100 percent weigh protein and NOW Adam multivitamin.

    all-in-all its mostly going to come down to preference...i mean GB is pill form and Mag is powder. either way, both are going to stack GREAT with what your proposing. CL reps correct me if i am wrong, but i think both are more than a safe bet bro. hope that helps! either way its gonna give you a BAD A stack! As for bulking up, you have the right idea. a multi and some whey will suit the combo nicely. try and keep your protein intake at least 1g per each lb. you weigh. good luck bro! you picked an awesome company to try supps with. everyone on these boards is more than supportive and ALWAYS willing to help with anything

      True!

      Youll be fine with that stack. The GM is awesome in taste, and PW doesnt taste much, so its awesome. I reviewed them on the "free samples" thread.

        Aright well i decided going to take the GMag with GG and PW now i am a little confused when to take all 3 of these and my weigh protein what I am getting out of most people is to take all 3 of them before..and 1 before during and after..and my guess the protein after i lift or before I go to bed

          Whey protein.
          Whey: 1-2 hours before (so it can digest), post (less than 45 minutes after), morning, and night-before bed.
          GM: 30ish mins before workout, post (before protein)
          PW: Throughout workout

          GG: Help here? I dont have experience with it.

                I take them all pre-workout to save time, it keeps me energized for a long time after.

                  for GG, i just started taking 2 scoops pre, 1 scoop during... i thought the 1 scoop during would be gross, but you can't taste the "bits" and i do think it helped... I might try 3 pre and 1 during, or 2 and 2...

                    gm 30 pre, pw 30 pre, GG 3 scoops pre...grab a gallon of water, and finish it before leaving the gym. Gm post, then hammer the carbos/protein!

                      That's a good way also...although I'd skip the GM post, unless you split the dose in half... (5g creatine all you need in 1 day)
