Hi guys (sorry for making this a first post)
Here's my question. Since there are those here in the industry I thought I would ask what kind of factors determine or influence protein pricing. One company in particular is Beverly International. These guys have the best tasting protein on the market, but their stuff is consistently 30-35 a 2lb jug. Granted, they use more WPI and hydrolysates than other companies...but 2lbs of WPI is usually 5-7 dollars a jug cheaper. So, to the actual question, what factors go into how a protein is actually priced?
