I hit it in the mornings. 6 scrambled eggs(whites if u want the less cals) Turkey Bacon. Toast. Oatmeal with natty peanut Butter & scoop of Muscle Milk (golden gains works great too). 90 min later , gym time. Sip Intrain during WO. That's how i do it atleast.
If you're a lunch time gym person, Decent bowl of multigrain pasta with(prego etc) ground turkey(frozen turkey rolls are cheap & Lean). 90 min later gym time.
