Green Bulge....New vs. Old!

OK, I'm sure the formula wouldn't have been changed if it wasn't for making it better. But, honestly, what is the difference in the new/old other than ingredients? What does new GB do differently? I have noticed the huge supply of B6/B12!
*Also, IWhen I was using GM, I used half the scoop pre with WF and the other half of scoop post with protein/carb shake. Would it be cool to take a dose of GB pre and a dose post? Thanks.

you only need 1 dose pre.

As you can see we have made the following changes:

* Replaced CEE with dicreatine malate
* Added 75mg of Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5 phosphate)
* Added 1000mcg of Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin)
* Removed most of the HyerBulge Complex (except K-RALA) and added in Curcumin (95% Curcuminoids), Gymnema Sylvestre (Extracted for 25% Gymnemic Acid), Orotic Acid and L-Norvaline

Ok. Just figured 2 being as GM is a total of 5g creatine and GB is 2.5g. Np, I trust you guys! lol! So, what are the changes to the formula supposed to do actually? Is it basically better training or better recovery after/ Or both? Sorry for all the questions, I just like to know the supps, for myself and if someone asks me the same stuff. I've already converted a few to CL from the demons with big price tags because of the pretty, flashy containers and advertisements every other page in all magazines..lol!

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking of switching to GB after I finished my tub of GM because I heard a lot of great things about the old formula. I haven't heard much about the new formula though

the benefits for strength and non-stim energy were improved upon the most. the methylcobalamin delivery a strong non-stim energy improvement

gb has always been 2.5 grams, which is a good amount for most people.

Average PCr pool turnover is about 2g per day. So yes

Green Bulge is by far my fav CL product... love the added methylcobalamin. I take 7 caps a day but I am 255 lbs
