  • HELP!!!!! trying to lose fat

    If i'm trying to lose body fat should i increase weight 2.5 lb every week ? or stay the same weight and lift 12 reps 3 set each + 20 min HIT. my work out is
    monday : chest and back + 15 min HIT
    Tue : arms and shoulder + 15 min HIT
    Wed: abs + 30 min HIT
    THUR : chest and back + 15 min HIT
    Fri : arms and shoulder + 15 min HIT
    Sat : abs + 30 min HIT
    Sun : rest
    Kane plz help me and my supp are gm b4 work out and Torrent post work out casine b4 sleep and whey between meal + muti vita i'm not losing alot of fat iono y ? should i drop my food intake even more ? i'm 5"11 174 lb

    your workout program is very poor .

    you do not train legs at all. (yikes)

    &

    too much HIIT, I don't forsee anyone maintaining high intensity cardio 6 workouts a week for an extended period of time

      wing, are you relying on your cardio for your leg workout?
      What's an example of your HIIT workouts?
      Maybe make Wed a low intensity cardio instead and work your legs on Saturday. And are you tracking your calories and macros via fitday.com or a similar program?

        i done a remake on my work out now look like this
        monday : chest and back + 15 min HIT
        Tue : abs + leg+30 min cardio
        Wed: arms and shoulder + 15 min HIT
        THUR : rest
        then start over again like monday how does that look ?

        so this will get me rest day after 3 days of work out to avoid overtrain

          Looks better..

          but what about this?

          Mon: LEGS heavy + core
          tues: chest + back + 15 mins HIIT
          wed: off - light core work/cardio/stretching if desired
          Ths: Legs light + chest/arms + LSD (long slow duration) cardio
          Fri: shoulders + back + core
          sat: 30 mins HIIT
          sun: off



          realistically, theres a million ways to arrange a program, many will give results, its more on you to decide what you enjoy, which is something you can stick with for months/years to follow, and what works best for you

          also, your nutrition plays just as large a part in fat loss, bulking, maintaince, (weight management) as your training does

            i'm taking GB b4 workout and torrent after workout. casine b4 sleep and ON whey between meals is this stack ok ? i'm taking of wut if Blue Gene is that a test boster? because i'm kind of holding back on test boster im wonder wut is Blue Gene do and should i add that to my stack ?
