  • Supplements Vs a Cold

    Hey guys, just came down with a nasty cold these last couple days. IS there any supplements I should stay away from because they could do more damage then good while being sick? I was thinking along the lines of creatine dehydrating your body etc etc. On the flipside is there supplements I should make sure I get in while sick?

    Current STack:
    BG, GM, PW, GGs, Glutamine, and Protein

    when i get real sick I usually only take vitamins, protien, fish oil -- the rest is mainly benefited by training, and usually when your very ill training isn;t the best idea

      When I get really sick I stop all supps except my vitamins.

            I lose all appetite when I'm sick - can't get much down at all. Last winter when I was sick, I was mixing Isopure protein, Gatorade, water, and creatine mono and I would basically drink that throughout the day as my protein and carb source. It was a good way of getting the basics in and its real light on your stomach...FWIW
