GM / WF / PW stack - queries

    Hi guys,

    I have been browsing these forums for about a year now. Its great stuff. i have been using GM / WF / PW on and off for about a year, and love them.

    A couple of queries on how I am taking them and whether its the "right" way to do it. I will be stacking the three when soccer season finishes early Sep 09 and hitting the weights hard again.

    Morning workouts - pre going to work.

    Get up 5:30am mix GM / WF together with 600-700ml water.

    6am - workout - consuming PW mixed with 600-700ml water.

    Post workout - protein shake and then throughout day various meals.

    I suppose I just wanted to know if working out on an empty stomach (apart from GM/WF mix) is ok? I have been doing this for a while with WF only, and it seems ok.

    Other workouts I would use the same routine - 30 mins prior GM / WF, with PW during workout and protein after.

    Another query is the recommended water intake while using these products.
    Should I include in my calculation the actual water I am mixing the WF/GM/PW with? Or should I consume the recommended water intake over and above what I mix with GM/WF/PW???

    I'm from Australia so any talk in gallons and ounces are jibberish to me, would prefer talk in ml and litres.

    Also, i am 6'5 and 100kg athletic.

    Solid, and yes... you include the water used to mix supps. Just keep a water bottle on hand all day long and you'll be good.

      I'm using a similar stack! All sounds good. The amount of water is really based on you own tolerance, imo.

      This is my routine:

      GM - 30 mins prior with 250-300 ml of water.
      WF - 15 mins prior with 400-500 ml of water.
      PW - During with 750-ml of water.
      GGS - within 15 mins post.

      Throughout the day I have approx. 6-8 L of water.

      This works for me. It looks like you doing things right.

      Keep at it and be consistent.

            thanks guys.

            I can convert (am an accountant), just hate having to do it.

            Pounds, ounces, gallons etc. Bloody Americans. hahahahaha

            I'm counting down the weeks until soccer finishes so I can hit it hard again. Only getting to gym twice a week and feel myself losing strength.
