One of my friends bought a bottle of REDuction. SHe's already very skinny but she is a model and you know they have to be extra thin. REDuction has taken 7lbs off her as of yesterday and she's not even done with the whole bottle!

Whats up brother? 3% in 2 weeks! Nice results . .any additional cardio or major reduction in calories?
I'm up about 15 lbs since April and it's mostly lean . . .(Thanks CL btw) . .but thought maybe I could cut down the bf% a little and was going to give Reduction PM a try.

Yeah i was amazed how good this was. I didn't change diet. I still eat like a rabid bear(but pretty clean). But i do some intense cardio on fridays. PM is great . And for the price... makes it even better.Originally posted by ericpad View PostComment
