    Pre-Comments [Please read]:
    I wanted to start a log on the Controlled Labs forum... so I decided to do it here ! I usually post lots of videos, I hope you guys can spot the Purple Wraath when I train !

    The reason I do this is to keep track of my progress so I can never lose it and I can reference all my posts quickly. It will also allow me to put up lots more pictures. I will be linking each new additional post through this website. I will be posting pictures and videos of my daily life and everything. Please follow my journey and help lend your advice and motivation. This is my first serious attempt at changing myself into a complete beast. I

    Every daily entry will be posted in this format.
    1) Diet - Pictures of some of the food.
    2) Exercises - My lifts.
    3) Extra Activities - Extra things I did that day..
    4) Comments - Just random thoughts.

    200 Grams of Protein
    200 + Grams of Carbs
    50 Grams of Fat

    Water Intake:
    1-2 Gallons a day.

    Goal:
    Cutting to 145-150

            if you remove the belt during exercises, it will require more stabilization, further developing the abdominals by indirect engagement...

            same applies to the wrist straps

            duno if you have a medically presing issue that would require a belt/wrist straps, but if not, I personally would ditch them from everything.

              The reason I use wrist wraps is because I've sprained my wrists 3 times. I don't want this to happen again, so I try to stay safe.

              For the belt, I got it for powerlifting. I only use it when I go really heavy or want to do something stupid/fun .

                              That pizza looks yum. That sandwich sorta scares me lol . Those Protein bars i found the exact same ones at 99 cent store! I bought all 12 boxes. They would have just sat there anyways.
