Hey guys,

I was planning on buying OT but other people told me it was dosed very high, are there gonna be any side effects when taking these multivits? And could someone tell me what the dosages are per tablet? Cause i read some articles on the net saying that if you take too much vitamins bad things can happen?

Been on it for 3 weeks now, and I'm really digging the digestive formula and how it boosts my immunity system. I work at a grocery store and am always dealing with countless numbers of people all day so I'd always have some minor runny nose or a cough when I came home.
