    Shelf Life?

    I'm coming off a back injury (dessicated discs at L4-L5, L5-S1) and am getting back in the gym after a seven month hiatus.

    My question is this: I have a tub of GM and a tub of PW that both have a little less than half left in them, but are about ten months old... how long do these products remain good once opened?

    once opened I wouldnt keep them that long as ever time you open them bacteria and spores from the air get in and have the potential to start colonizing and growing (this goes with any supps. I would say most max out at 6 months once opened.
