  • My new cutting stack begins tommorow

    Its time to get serious with the cut.
    Few months ago I was 220 pounds after bulking.
    The goal is to get down to 7-8% bodyfat by the end of June.

    The stack will be:

    reduction am in the morning pre cardio/reduc pm before bed
    white blood before bed
    green mag/white flood pre workout//on cardio days...green mag pre cardio
    glycergrow pre workout
    purple wraath intra workout
    blue gene pre workout and off days

    diet
    not carb cycling anymore

    1)50g protein, 12g fat, 50g carb
    2)50g protein
    3)50g protein, 50g carb
    4)50g protein, 20g carb
    5)50g protein, 12 g fat
    6)50g protein, 14g fat


    cardio-5 days a week
    3 days sprints for 20 mins
    1-2 days low-mod intens cardio

    lifting-4 days a week for under an hour

    tommorow is day 1-cardio only at 6am w/ reduction for 40 mins

    day 1

    took 2 reduction am when i woke up and did 40 mins on the treadmill
    4.0 speed and 5 incline
    sipped on purple wraath during

    great great energy from the reduction...i wanted to keep going which is unlike me...i usually get bored after 20 mins...worked up a big sweat too

    no jitters
    no shortness of breath
    just steady energy
    i seem to be very awake now and in a good mood

    body seemed very unpuffy this morning...no bloating...abs were very flat

      great sleep last night w/ the reduction pm...i fell alseep very fast and slept the whole night...not even waking up to use the bathroom like i usually do...been peeing a lot more than usual so i assume its from the dieurectic in reduc???

      felt a bit tired today...but then like a few hours after i took reduc i felt wide awake...then tired agan...then after my workout i felt awesome

      trap bar shrugs

      high low cable crossover superset pushups w/ feet on a bench
      25 x 12 into 20 incline pushups
      25 x 10 into 15 incline pushups
      25 x 8 into 12 inclne pushups

      cardio
      35 mins on tread
      3.5 mph, 8 incline

      am cardio tommorow morning

        woke up and did 25 mins of interval sprints on treadmill

        at 1st i was planning on just walking but as soon as i got on the tread and began walking my energy seemed to increase and i wanted to sprint...i truly credit the reduction for this...i also completely soaked my shirt from the session...great great focus and energy
