Been taking WF and PW for the past couple months im going to be adding green mag to the mix here is the questions.
I usually take PW with cardio and thats in the AM
Weights in the PM and thats when i take WF
Im 218lbs 5'11
4 day workout week
Upper/Lower/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest/Rest Repeat
How much ?
Can i mix it with PW ?
Can it be taken at night since that's when i do some of my workout ?
Also any adverse effects such as bloating or "the runs"?
Any other ino needed please let me know.
