Has anyone here done this? My goal is to bulk and I recently discovered waxy maize. I've heard of people mixing this into their amino acid shakes for intra-workout. Seems like a great idea to me since I workout early in the morning and only have one meal prior to working out.
My pre-workout meal is a protein shake with ground oats, 1 piece of whole wheat bread topped with 1 TBS of all natural PB.
