  • WB prior to cardio ie: running

    okay jus a simple question.. since WB helps with vascularity.. do u think it would help the blood flow during running. cuz being army i run daily.. and i usually just use aspirin...

    any one have input on this

    yes, but it may make you too pumped to get a good range of motion

      WB feels awesome all the time. I found it really helpful in cardio as well.

        But they're not running balls out. More or less it's like a shuffle step with a short range as is. I'd think the pump there shouldn't matter. Perhaps be more concerned with anything that would follow, like say pull ups, etc?

          WB is good for both cardio and resistance. But it is designed to help with muscularity pumps when weight training really and so is not ideal to be taken for cardio. If your looking for a good pre cardio then id give PW a try.....

            So THATS what happened at my last 5.0 tennis tournament...nuts!

            My legs were trembling from 20 mins in til 20 minutes after! it was a 1hr 45 min match!!! argghhh.

              WRAATH would be beneficial pre-cardio / pre-running as long as you are hydrated... I would save the White BLOOD for pre-bed / pre-gym.
