  • GB/WB stack question?

    Hello all. I am going to start GB/WB stack on Monday and would like to know when I should take these. I have read that you should take them both pre-workout and the WB before bed. I work until midnight and workout after work. My workout usually lasts about and hour and then I have a half hour drive home. When I get home I eat and shower and then go to bed. Total time from when I will be taking these and my bedtime is about 3 hours. Is this too short of a time to take the WB again? I do my cardio on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. Is there a certain time to take these on cardio days as well? Thanks to anybody who replies with some help. I'm new to the supplement thing, and I just want to make sure that I can get the full effects out of the stuff I am buying.

    I'd do it this way:

    Pre-Workout:
    5 caps Green Bulge 30-45mins pre
    3 caps White Blood 30-45mins pre

    Off Days:
    5 caps Green Bulge when you usually take it
    3 caps White Blood 20-35 mins before bed (This is optional)

      I second that. If you are on a budget, make sure to notice the "this is optional" part- A lot of people only take WB on non-workout days.

        Thats exactly how i took mine and it worked gr8 for me. I am now trying the GM/WB combo to see if this is as good or better than GB/WB.

          I have been taking these as you guys said, and I love them. This is a great stack. I am thinking about another more CL products to my stack.

            Agreed... and keep your water intake high, during the day and during your workout.
