    VERY NICE workout today!!! since the addition of CEL NOX Surge and the taking WB at night....wow today's workout was outta control! I am loving the GB and the WB now that I have switched it up about. Very full hard pumps today! GAHHHH I love CL! <3



    OK...workout: bi/tri/shoulder/abs/cardio

    BB bi curls: 3 sets(wide and close) of 12 reps at 100 lbs.
    DB bi curls: 3 sets of 20 reps at 45lb DBs
    Cable bi curls: 3 sets of 10(each arm) at 50lbs
    Tri pull downs: 3 sets of 12 at 120lbs
    Dips: 3 sets of 12 at 185(bodyweight)
    Tri pull downs individual cable: 3 sets of 12 at 50 lbs(each arm)
    BB Shouder Press: 3 sets of 10 at 140lbs
    Lat raises: 2 sets of 10 at 70lbs, 1 set of 10 at 80lbs
    BB Shoulder raises(more traps): 3 sets of 12 at 85lbs.

    Abs

    10 min cardio(treadmill)=one mile

      Day 18:

      Once again a great workout....kept it going until I was too tired to go any longer. Overall very nice full workout. Full energy, nice focus, no jitters...which is very nice!!!

      Workout: chest/back/abs

      decline bench: 2 sets of 10 at 145, 1 set of 9 at 185
      incline bench: 3 sets of 10 at 155
      DB bench: 3 sets of 9 at 75 lb dbs
      incline flys: 3 sets of 15 at 35lb dbs
      lat pulls: 3 sets of 10 at 120
      low row: 3 sets of 10 at 120

      dead lifts: 1 set of 8 at 155, 1 set of 8 at 225, 1 set of 6 at 315, 1 set of 3 at 405

      abs

        tri pull downs 3 sets of 10 at 90 lbs

          Lat pull downs: 3 sets of 10 at 130
          BB decline press: 3 sets of 7 at 185
          DB bent over rows: 3 sets of 10 at 80 lb DB
          DB incline flys: 3 sets of 15 at 35lb DBs
          Cable low rows: 2 sets of 10 at 100, 1 set of 10 at 120

          Abs

          cardio-11 min eliptical= a little over a mile

          Good workout today. Very focused, full pumps, it seems to get better each and every day. Great products so far.

            Good.. why do 3 sets of 10 at same weight.. you are most likely not pushing yourself.. otherwise hope the stack works for you ill prob try it next

                Day: 21

                Took GB after lunch and then I will take WB before bedtime!
                Today was an off day so I took it easy and watched some college sports and studied for two tests tomorrow!!! I'll hit the gym HARD tomorrow!!!

                  Well today was not as good as it could have been, but of course it was completly my fault. I was having the best workout in the ENTIRE world!!!! honestly the best workout I have had in a long time. However halfway through my last excercise I got light-headed and almost passed out. so i had to call it quits and go home and nurse myself! oh well I learned my lesson....dont workout when you havent eatin much....it was stupid and a mistake and I knew I was doing it. So i am the one to blame. oh well Im over it! take a day off and then hit the gym strong!!
