    WOOO! back/chest/legs day. I woke up feeling great once again and ready to go. At first I was a little lazy but i shaped up soon enough!

    BB Bench Press: 2 sets of 12 at 165 1 set of 8 at 185
    DB Chest Press: 2 sets of 12 70lb DB, 1 set of 6 at 75
    Chest Flys: 3 sets of 10 at 150
    Lat Pull downs: 3 sets of 10 at 140
    DB Bent over rows: 2 sets of 10 at 75, 1 set of 8 at 75
    Lat Rows: 3 sets of 10 at 110
    Calf Raises: 3 sets of 10
    Inclined leg press: 3 sets of 10 at 270
    Abs

    15 min eliptical cardio
    overall a good workout, i feel great and i know these products are doing more than just barely working. woot. thanks CL

      ugh, felt good today. i woke up late and almost missed my first class! haha damn! oh well anyway on to the workout! bi/tri/shoulder

      BB bi curls(wide and narrow) 3 sets of 12 at 125
      DB bi curls 5 sets of 5 at 50
      Cable bi curl 3 sets of 10 at 50
      tri pul downs 3 sets of 12 at 75
      dips 3 sets of 12
      skull crushers 3 sets of 12 at 90
      DB shoulder press 2 sets of 10 at 70 1 set of 10 at 75
      BB shoulder press 3 sets of 10 at 115
      DB shrugs 3 sets od 10 at 80
      BB raises(traps) 3 sets of 10 at 95
      Abs

      20 min eliptical

      good day so far! now on to the basketball game tonight! woooo! go GB+WB!

        Try (it's worth a try) starting things off with DB Bench (especially DB Incline bench). Focus on mind-muscle-connection and stretch. Also I'm a fan of incline DB Flye (I have to go pretty light).

          ok will do! today is chest day so its perfect! im not sure if your gonna read this before i go but today i think i am going to sub my GB for the GM and the PW samples i got today. i am still going to take WB but is there anything you reccomend before hand??

            woot! PW and GM samples came today! Soooooo for today I traded out the GB for the GM. anyyyway proceded to take white blood 30 min before workout and then 15 min before sipped down some yummy Green WrAAth!


            WORKout! Chest/Back/Calves

            Before I start i Just wanna say PW is a miracle worker....I increased my DB chest press today from 70 lb DB to 80

            DB Chest Press: 2 sets of 12 at 70, 1 set of 10 at 80
            DB Chest Incline Flys: 3 sets of 15 at 35 lb DB
            Bench: 3 sets of 12 at 160
            Lat Pull downs: 3 sets of 10 at 150
            Low Rows: 3 sets of 10 at 120
            Cable Lat: 3 sets of 10 at 45
            Calve raises: 4 sets of 12 at 275
            Seated Calve raises: 4 sets at 120

            Great workout today! CL i will soon be getting my wrAAth on!

            ps. PU i tried what you said and starting with DB chest press and the incline flys worked out great! I am going to continue and see if I can get my upper chest some volume! thanks!

                Great workout today! Today I got coached by one of my buddies on deadlifting so my routine was a bit off but the deadlifts felt GREAT! Great pumps, increasing numbers...exactly what I wanna see!

                Workout: bi/tri/shoulder

                BB bi curls(wide and narrow) 2 sets of 10 at 100, 1 set of 12 at 130
                Cable bi culrs: 3 sets of 10 at 100
                Tri pull downs 3 sets of 10 at 80
                Bench dips: 3 sets of 12
                Shoulder Press: 2 sets of 10 at 75<---becoming MUCH easier!

                Deadifts! 2 sets of 8 at 225, 1 set of 5 at 315....felt soooooo good!

                Abs

                10 min eliptical

                Great workout! now basketball game tonight! woo!

                  Man, nice workouts. Seems odd though that with the success you have on the DB chest press, and the other amounts you can hit on various lifts, that bench isn't much higher. I personally hit 6x6 of 60's DB and bench 215 just getting back into swing (granted it's a 4x6 swing for bench, followed by drop sets of 185 to failure and then even 135 to failure.) Make sure you have a spotter, but hit that bench, and tell yourself....no DEMAND yourself to up that number. When I bumbp weight up, even at like 10lbs, I psych myself telling me no matter what I'm getting up X # and that it's cake. Mind plays a big deal there too. Keep it up though!

                      well today was an off day. not much soreness today which i guess is ok. took GB earlier and about to take WB before I hit the sack! tomorrow hardddddd workout...im excited! damn project N contest is driving me crazy!!!

                          wasn't sure if I was going to hit the gym today until I read john lee's bio. there was a part in there about him coming home early from parties, dinner, etc. just so he continued to do what he needed to do....GREAT motivation for a chest workout I thought! So I hit it hard!

                          WORKOUT! chest/a little traps/calves

                          DB bench: 4 sets of 12 at 150
                          DB Incline Flys: 3 sets of 12 at 35 lb DBs
                          Bench Press: 3 sets of 12 at 160
                          Incline Bench: 3 sets of 12 at 120
                          Decline Bench: 3 sets of 10 at 150
                          Machine flys: my own variation 3 sets of 10
                          BB shrugs: 3 sets of 8 at 225
                          Standing Calve raises: 3 sets of 15 at 235
                          sitting calve raises: 3 sets of 15 at 110

                          Abs/push-ups

                          Bottom Line: it felt GOOOOOOOOD! woot I love this stack. I think I will continue with GB in the future for sure!

                                From now on through this stack.....i am supplimenting with GB. WB, and NOX Surge.

                                GB and NOX Surge-pre
                                WB and protein-post/bedtime

                                Workout chest/back/calves

                                DB press-1 set of 10 at 70lb DB, 1 set of 10 at 75lb DBs, 1 set of 10 at 80lb
                                Incline flys-3 sets of 10 at 40 lb DBs
                                Decline bench-3 sets of 10 at 160
                                Incline bench 3 sets of 10 at 150
                                Lat pulldowns-3 sets of 12 at 150
                                pull ups(wide grip) 3 sets of 10
                                DB bent row- 3 sets of 10 each arm at 80 lb DB
                                Calve leg press-3 sets of 10 at 235-325
