  • MY GB/WB Log start: 10/30/2006

    Start: 178.2 lbs.

    Goal: Increase size, weight, strength.

    Day 1: I took the GB about 45 min. pre-workout on an empty stomach. Followed by the WB about 30 min pre-workout. I worked out bi/tri/shoulders. Believe it or not I do not know if you can feel the affects the first day but through out my workout every single part of my body i remotely used seemed pumped. If this was the result on day 1 i cannot wait to see the remainder.

    Day: 2

    Today was back/chest/legs day. Took GB and WB as noted earlier. Workout went well. I actually felt a very noticable pump in my legs which was great. I noticed a small increase in my endurance with DB chest press and my lat. pulls. So far this product is living up it's reputation.

    As a side note:

    I am also on ON 100% whey and a multi.
    On off days I think i going to try the WB in the alternate use....at night time to see how it responds to relasing GH.

      Sounds like you have a good idea on how to use WB

      Good luck with your log, before you know it, you'll start throwing in other CL products into the mix!

        yeah...thanks alot! any and all advice on this stack and others is welcome and wanted! i cant wait to try more CL products if they all work as great as this stack so far.

          Day: 3
          Today was bi/tri/shoulder. workout went well. my endurance is increasing more and more with each workout. today:
          Shoulder Press
          Bicep Curls (wide and narrow grip)
          tricep pulls
          dips
          skull crushers
          deltoid raises
          individual bi curls
          Abs

          Weight increase in shoulder press and in bicep curls today. Very full pumps in all areas worked....vascularity is starting to improve (i am very vascular to begin with). Stack is still ROCKIN!

            Day: 4

            Today was back/chest/calves. legs hurt alot from tuesdays workout so i had to take it easy. today was by far, the greatest results i have had so far. I think im starting to retain some of the water because my weight is up to 179-180.

            Workout:
            Dumbell Chest press: 3 10 rep sets at 65, one 8 rep set at 70
            Incline dumbell chest flys: 3 10 rep sets at 40
            Bench Press: 3 10 rep sets at 150
            Lat pulls: 1 12 rep set at 170, 2 10 rep sets at 160
            Lat standing raises: 3 10 rep sets(both arms) at 45
            Dumbell lat rows: 3 sets at 75
            Calves: raises-3 sets of 15 at 245-legs were still hurting.
            Abs

            Stairmaster today. woah my legs hurt. GB and WB are still kickin...i think thusfar today was my best feeling workout. I am really starting to feel the pump through out my body...even when i run.

                  Day: 5

                  DAMN DAMN DAMN! just when i think it cannot get any better it continues to amaze me! today was a BAD A workout! it was a bi/tri/shoulder day.

                  Workout:
                  Bi Curls BB(wide grip and narrow): 3 sets of 10 at 125
                  Bi Curls DB: 3 sets of 10 at 45 each arm
                  Tri Pull downs: 3 sets of 12 at 75
                  Dips: 3 sets of 12
                  Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 10 at 90
                  Shoulder Press DB: NEW PR!!! hit 1 set of 12 at 60 for warm up, 1 set of 10 at 70....AND 1 set of 10 at 75! WOOOO!
                  Shoulder Raises: 3 sets of 20 at 30
                  Shoulder Raises BB: 3 sets of 10 at 115

                  Today's workout RAWKED!!!! wooo now out to pappasitas for dinnnner! what up fajitas! (grilled chicken that is)

                  Side NOTE:

                  I have been getting AMAZING deep sleep and even remembering my crazy dreams enough to tell them to my girlfriend....freakin WIERD! thanks WB!!!

                      Day 6:

                      Today is an off day for me. my muscles are feeling very full and i am extremely happy with my results so far! GB and WB effing ROCKK! so i took the GB just a little while ago and then i am going to proceed to take the WB tonight before bed for some horomonal regulation and deep sleep! wooooo!

                        Day: 7

                        Another lifting "off-day" today. since i am on a 5 day split...today will be no lifting but i will do some HIIT stairmaster later tonight. Continued with the GB today and will take WB before bed. I have been getting AMAZING rest and very good performance in the gym. Will post pictures week by week to monitor progress!

                          Day: 8 + Progress pic!

                          Today I woke up feeling great. The past two nights I have taken WB before bedtime and let me tell you...the best sleep i can remember in a long time. This morning felt great, full of energy, etc. Today's workout was bi/tri/shoulder:

                          BB bi curls(wide and then narrow): 3 sets of 12 at 125
                          Cable bi curls: 3 sets of 15 at 50
                          Tri pulldowns: 3 sets of 15 at 120
                          Dips: 3 sets of 15
                          Skull crushers: 3 sets of 10 at 80
                          Shoulder DB Press: 1 set of 12 at 65, 1 set of 10 at 70, 1 set of 10 at 75
                          Shoulder DB raises: 3 sets of 10 at 85
                          Shoulder BB raises: 3 sets at 80

                          WORKOUT ROCKED! pumps are full as ever and im so excited each and every day about my next days workout! I have even been considering my next stack...continue with WB, add the wrAAth, Mag, and GG I <3 CL
