I'm about half-way through an eight-week cut, so I have a way to go. After that, I'll be making a big order of supps to start up that building phase.

I want to be in single-digit body fat %, which should be very attainable. I'm at 11.85% right now, and I'm not really eating a great cutting diet, simply because I'm not trying to really lose a ton. I'm just pleased to be where I am, since this is the tail end of a journey that started middle of last May when I first started working out and dieting. I started at 278 pounds and I'm sitting around 165 right now, with a lot more strength and muscle (not too hard, since I started with almost none!).
