    Default White Flood Tablets review and log

    I've taken a lot of NO2 supplements and must say that White Flood is up there with the best of them. I really like Altered State by MAP, but I'm sure after a couple more days on WF that it will be my favorite (started my first dose today).

    Here is my current stack:

    White Flood (Pre)
    Size On by Gaspari (During)
    Isopure Protien (Morning/Post/Evening)
    Multi-vitamin

    Probably switch to GM when I'm finished with the Size On, but really like the results I've seen with Size On. Also, might add PW to the mix in the next few days. I was just concerned if that was overload with PW, anybody have any thought/suggestions? I'm assuming I would take WF and GM pre and PW during? I'm not opposed to adding/trying other CL products as well, BG etc, so any suggestions on that would be appreciated.

    Current Height/Weight:
    5'8"/188

    Workout Routine:

    Monday - Shoulders
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Legs
    Thursday - Chest
    Friday - Arms (Bi's/Tri's)
    Saturday - Legs
    Sunday - Rest

    I do cardio daily (20 min) following weight training.

    So, started WF today and took 8 pills 30 minutes before working out. First thing I really noticed was an increase in energy and endurance (I could have worked out all night). Also, I was sweating profusely which I don't mind.

    So here is Day 1 routine:

    Day 2 Legs

    All I can say about WF is Holy Sh*t! Not sure what changed from yesterday to today, but the energy level and pump was amazing (I was really tired upon arriving at the gym). Also, I noticed the tingling sensation, which I don't mind (had it with Altered State). The only thing I did not like was a raging headache that I had the entire workout, not sure the reason for this?

    Anyhow, I'm 100% sold on this product and look forward to adding others to my stack.

    Here is what I'm thinking about stacking, but would like some input on when to take each:

    Orange Triad - Evening?
    Green Magnitude - Pre Workout
    Purple Wrath - During
    White Flood (currently taking) Pre Workout
    Glycer Grow Pre?
    Blue Gene ???

    Added Purple Wrath and Blue Gene to my stack. So, currently looks like this:

    Just like yesterday, my energy and pumps were amazing.

    I have noticed a significant difference in energy levels and that is reflected in set reps and weight. I felt a lot stronger today than I did in the previous chest workout. Hopefully this will continue.

    I used to like Sizeon but the price i didn't like. How much water are you drinking? Down atleast a gallon during the day. or more. How you liking blue gene?

    I'm pretty sure I'm close to a gallon, but will make sure that I monitor that a little more closely. I just started Blue Gene, so really a little to early to form an honest opinion. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with everything else. After I finish the Sizeon, it's on the GM.
