night time snacks....

  • night time snacks....

    couple of table spoons of peanut butter and a shake

    but should anything else be eaten/drank?

    im trying to take in more fats and cut back on carbs...its been working well so far ...

    any further advice?

    generally you want to avoid carbs for the last 4-5 hours before bed (or longer)

    focus on healthy eating

      My prebed meal is usually ff cottage cheese or that pudding you can buy at Vitamin Shoppe.

        Isn't cottage cheese a slow digesting protien? I heard this is ideal before bed.
