What is the difference between these and which is better?

I previously used Prolab Creatine Monohydrate which gave me constant headaches each day that I used it.
Is it common for individuals to suffer from headaches from these supplements.

Pretty much same formula. Just different ways of intake. GM is powder, GB is capsul. Look at the stickies, they have the faq in them

Pure creatine mono has different effects for everyone. I never liked it, always bloated me and made me feel odd, got the occasional headache also. Give GM a try, I recently started up on it and I like it so far.

It also seems more people take GB for bulking, and GM for cutting IMO.
