I am trying to bring more Olympic lifts back into my training and I am having a hard time in my rack position. It seems to be a shoulder girdle flexibility issue as well as my wrists. Am am getting more comfortable with it by just working after my workouts on just racking the loaded bar. Anybody have any stretches or anything I can do outside the gym.
