    This guy claims he can do 35lb side lateral raises and 120 seated rear lateral raises I assume cable, and 170lbs on CSR

      People generally add a good 20-30% when they post their e-stats.

              Anythings possible I guess, they say Bruce Lee could take a 70 lb dumbbell and lateral raise it...and then hold it there for a few seconds....all the while weighing in at only around 140. Its easy enough to still say...nah thats bs it never happened, but with someone like that...I bet he did it. I'm sure this guy is no Bruce, but ya never know whats possible.

                I don't get it. Is 35lbs supposed to be a lot? Or is it that he can do it for insane reps? Someone help me out on what's so unbelievable here.

                  When i replied I took it as 120 Lb rear lateral raises. And no 35 isn't that much.

                    Based on that photo, that's definately possible and 35lb side lateral raises are probably no big deal for him
