      Solid food PreWo is crucial IMO but to each his own, for me something like 1/2 cup rolled oats or oat bran and a can of tuna with some WPC is my PreWo meal.

        One more things, is having the olive oil on a couple of meals ok or is that too much fat intake?

          Also on meal 2 should I go with the ground turkey with cheese and veggies or go with a shake of one scoop whey, 16 ounces skim milk, 1/2 cup steel cut oats, and a handful of almonds.

          P.S. When people post about having one cup oatmeal or rice, is that before or after it is cooked?
