Hey everyone...I'm looking at one of the above stacks to put some mass on, along with food, whey and multi.....besides the obvious difference in pill vs powder...which should I do?

GB or GM, either or.. pills or powder basically.. both work great.. try both eventually i says
than you could ideally use WF preworkout and WB pre bed.. assuming you dont workout late at night
the stims in WF may make adding lean mass slightly more difficult... though the increased intensity in workouts may help.. it really prolly depends on how you respond to caffeine/stimulants to be honest.
