Alright for many tuna fish is a food must have, I usually have no problem eating it. Sometimes twice a day I pound down the chicken of the sea but man I m getting sick of it lately. Just wanted to know how some people out ther spice up thier tuna fish

get a can of tuna and bottle of water.
spoon feed huge spoon of tuna into mouth and wash down with chugs of water til each are empty.
than look in the mirror and imagine what life would be like if you were born blind, and think of how good you have it eating tuna.

^ both good ideas.
I empty the can or pouch into a microwave safe container, flatten in out and place a slice of cheddar on top and nuke it...slightly toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread and put it all together and you've got yourself a nice tuna melt.

man I hate canned tuna, the smell of it just turns my stomach. I'll still eat it but I gotta choke it down I add tobasco or frank's red hot to mask the flavor.
Now Tuna Raw, like some yellofin sashimi...stuff is awesome. To bad I live in the midwest where it's hard to get fresh sushi grade stuff.
