  • Purple Wraath + Bulk Leucine

    I know this has probably been asked before and yes I'm too lazy to search it but: How many grams of leucine should I add to my dosage of two scoops of PW? I'm gonna get me some soon and I think I will add in some dextrose and leucine so I wanted to see what would be optimal. Since PW is a propriety blend I can't really figure it out myself.

    As much additional leucine as you want... or none

    I think it was John Lee that didn't notice much from the additional leucine, and I think Ddawg didn't like the additional leucine at all.

      Why don't you think added leucine would help? I'm not trying to say PW is underdosed but wouldn't extra leucine be beneficial?

        I think extra leucine would only be beneficial if put into your PWO-Shake. That is what I am doing now.

          agreed. some use around 5-10 grams of leucine.

            In theory it certainly should be... maybe experiment with timing.... or just take 5-10g with meals / post-workout

              I did not notice any benefits form it and it actually degraded my workouts, I just added an extra scoop of PW.
