    Videos!!!

    Got these last night actually. First one is 275 x 12 of squats. Not a lot of weight, but for 8.5 weeks out, going as low as possible and no spotter I was happy. Besides I don't squat on stage lol.

        Just under 8 weeks out from the Central Midwest Championships. My weight this morning was 205.2, my legs are holding onto a lot of their strength as was evident in my leg workout last night.

        Here are some highlights:

        Squats 8 sets total, worked to 275 x 2 sets of 10-12. and finished with a drop set 245 x 10, 225 x 6, 225 x 5.

        Supersetted that with Natural Glute Ham Raises, did 6 sets of those, 2 sets holding 5 pound plates in each hand. 6-8 reps

        Tonight shoulders and triceps. Last week someone told me my tri's are lagging so I expect tonights tri workout to be killer. I feed off criticism!

            Here is a quick rundown of my current supplements usage and dosing.

            BCAA (Purple Wraath)(5 g same as 1 rounded sc.)
            - 5 grams upon waking
            - 5 grams preworkout
            - 10-15 grams postworkout (depending on what day it is, leg day I consume slightly more)
            - 5 grams at bed

            Creatine (Green Mag)
            - 5 g postworkout

            Sesamin (Sesaglow)
            - 3 caps daily

            Energy/Fat burn (Red Acid 2)
            - 3 caps pre-wokrout

            Test(Blue-Up)
            - 2-3 caps preworkout

            NO2(White Blood)
            - 3-5 caps at bed

            I take neuphoria some days upon waking to help get me going.

            Then the basics:
            - whey
            - multi
            - fish oil
            - CLA
            - Greens

              My morning weight today was 204.0

              Things are gettin down there. Tomorrow is the 7 week out mark, but my goal is to be ready at the 2 week out point. Meaning 5 more HARD weeks of dieting to get there, then just coast lol(yeah right)! I hope to get some pics up this weekend, but if not I'll definetely get some at the 6 week out mark.

              Also, I still haven't decided on a song for my posing routine. Here is what I've narrowed my choices down to:

              - POD Alive
              - Van Halen (Top Gun) it's not the same song your thinking of, it's all music and no words
              - Theme music from Rocky
              - Karate Kid soundtrack song, you know the one
              - Saliva Ladies and Gentelmen (although I'm sure others will have this song?)

                    Under 6 weeks out:

                    - 200.4 this morning and looking leaner every couple days at this point.
                    - Guy at gym asked me if I'm training for a marathon or something... " I replied, do I really look like a girl???" pfft. Anyway
                    - Everything else is on track up here. I'll keep it posted.

                        • Oh my where to start...

                          Today was an HIIT only day, the same day I've done now for 13 straight weeks twice a week. 15 minutes of sprinting at a high school track, did I mention it was only 30 degrees up here today? And the wind was blowing. By the time I finished my ears were froze along with the rest of my skinny body

                          I had my trunks fitted today; I ordered two pairs. Forest Green Velvet and Navy Blue Wet. NICE! Turns out the lady who runs cherry bombs is but 5 minutes from my work, pretty convenient.

                          Damn, I been real busy and although slightly less energy than I had 13 weeks ago I ain't feeling too bad...yet.

                          Chest workout tomorrow and a refeed. FEED ME!

                          If there were ONE place you could eat, or better yet one FOOD you could eat what would it be?? I'm trying to make a list of 3-4 meals I'm going to eat after my comps, and I could use some help if you felt up to it.

                          SO far I have for sure IHOP for Sunday morning B-Fast May 20th. I'm still deciding what my FIRST meal will be Saturday night though, haven't realy figured out anything SOLID yet. I'll only be using Sat night and sunday as my free days, then monday it's back to the diet again,so they have to be GOOD!

                          Oh and I'm 36 days out right now

                          • Oh shoot, no updates here for a while? What's going on? I been updating at BB.com. But I'll throw some quick tidbits over here for those of you who hadn't been visiting the "other" site.

                            26 days out, 3.5 weeks away. Here is an update... haha.

                            That's about what I feel like

                            Here are some of the more noticeable side effects:

                            - morning headaches, but they are gettin less severe
                            - SORENESS speciifically in my neck, shoulders, upper back.
                            - Strength Dropping Abruptly; especially today for leg day. Last week I was able to get 275 x 10 and 295 x 6 for squats still and today I only managed a measly 265 x 6.
                            - Joint pain, I felt almost every set in my knees. Not overly bad, but enough to notice.
                            - Temperature(chills), I'm not sure if I've got mild temp. But today it was about 60 degrees out and I still walked in the gym with two t's and a sweatshirt and sweatpants on. Trained the entire time with everything on.

                            But other than that I'm still moving forward and definetely on schedule now. I took some pics Saturday and they are on my other Blog in my sig. Check em' out

                            • 21 days... Feelin' so-so today. Better than days in the past. My morning weight was 193.6.

                              Daydreaming is something I find myself doing quite a bit of lately. Often times ignoring people for a while until I realize there talking to me...


                              Here is a current Macro Breakdown:

                              Lo-Carb days
                              - 260 protein
                              - 155 carbs
                              - 40 fat

                              Re-Feed day
                              - 200 protein
                              - 305 carbs
                              - 40 fat

                              Here is also my current training split:

                              Monday: Legs
                              Tuesday: Shoulders/Tris
                              Wed: Back/calves
                              Thursday: Off/HIIT
                              Friday: Chest/Bi's
                              Saturday: Calves/Abs
                              Sunday: Off/HIIT

                              • 19 days away

                                This morning I weighed in at 192.0, now remember, when I started this whole thang back on January 10th I was 221-222. Which means I'm down a total of 29-30 pounds since the start. As I sit here and type that out, it AMAZES me how much weight I've dropped. Not to mention looking at my pictures from the start until now. But enough of that, that's what dieting for a show is all about. Gettin' Shredded.

                                And YES I will have shredded glutes, Hams and lower abs when I step on stage May 12th.

                                Also, please post some feedback for me, questions, comments, etc. It helps keep me more accountable. Otherwise I sort of feel like I'm relaying information back to myself
