    Wow, I had the sickest pump today, on a refeed day. It was insane. I was doing chest and Arms. Anyway I came in feeling and looking really full and big. But once I started pounding the DB's on the incline and supersetting that with BB Curls, BAM! My veins were rock hard. I guarantee people were asking questions, everywhere I looked people were staring. Hell, if I had seen me today I would have immediately thought Roids. I don't know what was up, but 4 straight days of 200g of carbs then today at 350g really sparked vascularity and fullness.

    I got 135 x 6 on barbell curl, which is a new PR. Previous was for 5. Did I mention I'm dieting???

      Did a Little Cardio yesterday whooo... Today got a Chest, bi's and Calves Pump workout, today is also a Refeed Day

            FrozOwned is like it. Luckily I was only 10 minutes from home. Otherwise I might have had to hitch home in zero degree weather

              Chest and Arms workout tonight. Threw in a Pre-Exhaust set and noticed my fatigue levels might have set in a littler sooner than in the past. I suppose 2300 calories might have a slight effect on that.

              I did Machine flyes then immediately did Flat BB Bench. I wasn't even concerned with Reps or weight just the mind muscle connection. Getting a Large ROM and really feeling it in the Chest.

              Had a Tiny Snack yesterday for the Super Bowl, we had a party at my parents place. I factored it into my daily allowance still.

              Now when my 21st B-day happens in a month from now, A LOT of pressure is going to be on me to whatelse Get Wasted. Friends have already been asking when? I can't give in. NO CHOICE. That will mark TEN weeks out, way to close to be Getting Drunk. NO! I'll celebrate my 21st after my Last comp May 19th.

                  Haha nicely done man. Good for you to not drink on your birthday! After your competitions you will have plenty of time to get wasted and you will probably only need a 6 pack! haha. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see the new pics!

                    Thanks for the support, its greatly appreciated. Everything is going great. Between 215-213.5 this entire week, so consistent is what I'm looking for. Again my target weight is 195 or less, so 12 more HARD weeks lye ahead. Consistency is key, Shredded is the Way

                      Anyone have any insight yet as to what the New CL product is

                      OTOH, things are going great, but Looks like I'm going to be moving before I compete here again, so another joyful day or two of moving lye ahead

                      Won't be until the end of march, at which I'll be only 6 weeks out

                      212.5 this morning, so FAT is coming off. Still got 15-19 pounds to go OHH MY

                          Update, weight is steady at 211. Tonight's lower body day was AWESOME, 8 sets of 8-12 on squats, ending with a final drop set at the end that totalled 40 reps of PURE JOY!!!

                          11 weeks out right now, still another 14-18 pounds to go to get Shredded, although I certainly am getting down there. Energy levels are slightly lower than normal at this point, but overall not too bad. The final 4-6 weeks are where it's going to get FUN

                          I have some pictures up by the end of the week, and maybe a posing video ???

                            Just looked weird because it looked like something was poking out of your back, and also belts keep your waist thinner
