                Now that I'm in PreContest mode, I'll break down my Training Split that I'm going to be using during this time.

                Day 1: Shoulders, Calves
                Day 2: Chest, Arms
                Day 3: Off
                Day 4: Quads, Hams, Calves
                Day 5: Chest, Bi's
                Day 6: Back, Calves, Tri's
                Day 7: Off

                All my Strong points will be trained once per week(Shoulders, Back, Quads, Hams) all my weaker areas(Chest, Arms) will be trained twice per week. Rep Ranges will be primarily 6-12, and typically I will add a set or two of 15-20. Chest and Arms Day 1 will be primarily for a Pump, Rep Range of 10-20 but Shy of failure. The second Day will be More Compound movements and Heavier loads.

                  Here's a little info on the breakdown of my cutting diet/supplement(s):

                  Low-Carb Days/ 5 days per week

                  Protein: 260 g
                  Carbs: 200g
                  Fats: 55g

                  Breakdown of Carbohydrate timing:
                  - 15% @ breakfast
                  - 30% preworkout
                  - 30% post workout
                  - 25% split up among other meals

                  Refeed Days / 2 days per week, consumed on days I train weak points

                  Protein: 225g
                  Carbs: 350g
                  Fats: 45g

                  Breakdown of carb timing:
                  - 10% @ breakfast
                  - 30% preworkout
                  - 25% postworkout
                  - 35% split up among other meals

                  Supplement Regimen:

                  - 5 g BCAA upon waking, 5 g pre workout, 10 g post workout, 10 g before bed
                  - 3-4 SesaGlow's daily
                  - 4-5 white bloods post workout
                  - 5 fish oil caps daily
                  - 1 heaping scoop Green Mag postworkout w/ BCAA's(purple Wraath)
                  - 2 Red Acid's pre workout(to start)

                      I think neuphoria will be a good addition especially when my bodyfat starts to drop really low, helping to keep my mood at least withstanding

                        Nothing real long just a quick relay.

                        Todays's weight: 219
                        At one point in the offseason my weight reached as high as 230. My projected contest weight is 192-197.

                        To this point everything's been going well, my diet is posted above as well as my training split, but my split has now changed.

                        Day 1: Chest, Arms (re-feed day)
                        Day 2: Lower body
                        Day 3: off, HIIT Cardio
                        Day 4: Chest, Bi's, calves (re-feed day)
                        Day 5: Back, Shoulders, LI Cardio
                        Day 6 and 7: off, 1 day LI cardio, 1 day HIIT

                            I was driving to work last night, about five minutes after I left I noticed my heater wasn't working?? Then my temperature gauge started to skyrocket. SO I pulled over, shut my car off, and called my dad.

                            Guess it turns out my thermometer or something was frozen shut or something? Needless to say I didn't make it to work, and for a 20-25 minute period I sat in a car on the side of the road freezing my ass off waiting for a ride to pick me up... It was an experience.
