  • Babolat's Green Bulge Log

Ok, since this is my first log, I am not really sure how to start out, so here goes:

I am 18, 5'8", and 156 lbs., and I am a competitive, ranked tennis player. I have tried many different kinds of supps, and I have researched all of them extensively, so I have a pretty solid understanding of the chemistry and biology that go into bodybuilding and athletics.

This is neither my first creatine nor my first CL product. I have used mono, the rip-off MMUSA Creatine serum (I was 15 and didnt know any better...yet), SAN v12 turbo, MuscleTech Creakic, and Xyience NOX-CG3 before Green Bulge. My first CL product was White Blood, and it is what go me hooked. Speaking of white blood, I used it in a match in a tournament a while back and got such a leg pump from it I needed to sit down- I also outlasted the guy, and I am sure WB is atleast partially if not totally to thank.

    So, onward.

My stack: CytoSport Muscle Milk, ON 100% Whey Gold Standard, CL White Blood, and now instead of NOX-CG3, Green Bulge.

    Workout schedule: M=Chest T=Rest/Cardio W=Back Th=Legs F=Arms Sat/Sun=Cardio/Rest Everyday=Abs

    Now the Log:

Today, Friday the 13th, was my first day with GB. Since I am finishing off my WB, I took them both before my workout. Two words can describe my feelings about GB: Instant Satisfaction. Once the GB got into my blood stream, I started feeling great, but that was before the gym. When I started out with close grip bench as a warm up, I could tell this was something great. I moved on to DB curls, and the usual 40lb Dbs seemed a lot lighter today. The pump I got from the curls alone was almost distractingly great. I moved on to the other exercises, like reverse grip curls, tricep extensions, hammer curls, forearm extensions, and farmer's walk and felt better and better. The trip home I was reveling in the awesome feeling in my arms- both were tight with blood and both felt awesome. After my workout, I still felt like I had a lot of energy, not something that usually happens. So far, it is a great product, We will see how it does in the future!

Ill try to update as much as I can, hopefully daily if my network doesn't go out again. Thanks for reading!

PS: If anyone has feedback for me about this log, especially Mods, please tell me.

Today is definitely going to be a rest day, my cold caught up to me. Even though I havent worked out today, I still feel the GB, and it feels good! I kept my weight a lot better than I usually do over the night, I only went down about 2 lbs, as opposed to the usual 3 or 4.

      Thanks for the compliment!

Day 3, still sick. Trying to eat but it is hard.

Rest day today, but I ended up doing housework and got a mild forearm pump from using the screwdriver! Unexpected but I still thought it was cool.

Yesterday I had no internet, but it was a rest day anyway (Had to be)

I am feeling like this log is redundant, that it has been done so many times before that I shouldn't really do it and spend bandwidth on it, it is going to now be a review.

            Too bad bro!
I always log for personal issues, so I can monitor my own workouts...a review would be cool too though.

It is just really hard to accomplish that when my internet doesn't work. For isntance, this is the first time I have been on at my own house since my last post!

Also, since GB has been around for so long, I didn't think anyone would really care about my review.

I am quite a bit into it now, and I must say this is my favorite creatine I have taken. Nothing is comparable.

I have been gaining weight (a pound or two) and losing fat, while maintaining water weight. This is seriously awesome!

Added weight, - Fat loss, 0 change in water = Gain in muscle

Again, GB is awesome. Today, I got one of my favorite compliments-
I was with my GF and I was laying on my bed, and I stretched and flexed my thigh, and she said "Woah! Your thighs are HUGE! Oh man-How did you get like that?!"

Made me feel awesome and totally renewed my faith in GB.

Awesome product, controlled labs! It has my endorsement!

                        holy cow i forgot.
my endurance: awesome. Sets are lasting longer and I am lasting a lot longer on the bike. On the same weights, I can get an extra 2-3 reps, and pull in an extra set. I think this is awesome.

Also, today I thought I was going to throw up at the gym, but i burped instead, and it tasted like cotton candy. It was probably a mix of the GB and ON whey.

                          Update:
Thursday: Leg day- Awesome, felt incredible, and did a lot more weight than I am used to, got a lot of looks in the gym. A lot of people ask why I can do so much with not being huge.

Friday: Arms- Horrible motivation, especially after already having chest and back days. Still busted it out, did ok.

Saturday: Egg eating contest day, ate too much before-hand and didnt do too well in it. Oh well.

I am loving this GB! I wanna try PW and GM too.
