    If I have stacks of CL PW, GM AND WF will I still need whey protein after workout or can I eat solid whole, food instead?

    I eat 3 large meals per day. And 3 to 4 protein drinks per day as well.

      3 lagre meals? now here is a question i have been having for a long time. is it the same for having 3 big meals rather than 6 small measl every 3 hours? i have read the 6 smaller measl every 3 hour does not change the metabolic rate significantly. i want to compete and i want to be really lean and vascular.

        Then smaller meals is better. I go for bulk and mass. More food less protein drinks works for what you are looking for.
