  • green mag + ???

    just ordered a batch of green mag. i ran out of my plain old monohydrate and wanted to try something different.

    i have been reading about some of your other products. if you could only choose one other thing to stack with green mag what would it be and why, and how would you time it?

    i was looking at white blood and glycergrow.

      i have always lifted, but just for hockey and never really enjoyed it much. i am starting to lift on my own now and am getting into it more.

      i have only taken whey and creatine monohydrate. i dont know much of anything about timing suppliments, since they are probably the 2 easiest to take. so the more specific the better...workout days vs. rest days, ect.

      i would like to bulk/add mass.

      i do a full body workout 3 times a week consisting of bigger lifts: pull ups, dips, bench, squat, deads, inline bench, calf raises. (sometimes i can only do sqauts and deads 2 out of the 3 workouts)

        I say PW because amino's are more important to building muscle than a NO2 prod. Start w/ the basics. Proper diet, MVI, Protein, AA then add the extras such as NO2(WB) products, test boosters(BU) and GG. Without a strong base you will not get the full benifits of the extra's. JMO.

          PW is an amino acid supp? i was under the impression that i dont need to take amino acids if i am already on a protein drink and am eating whole food protein.

          i thought bcaa stuff was more important when cutting and falls more into the "extras" category when bulking.

              For adding mass I like Green Mag and Pruple Wraath. I would take Green Mag 30-45 mins pre workout and sip on the PW during weight training and cardio. If you want an extra kick Glycergrow is great pre workout also. Take 3 scoops pre workout remember to start off at a low dose and test your tolerance and get plenty of water throught the day. Also make sure you are taking a good multi vitamine and fish oil

                ok thanks.

                both PW and GG would be taken pre-workout. i wouldnt take them on off-days?

                edit: i also had the same question for green mag: would i need to take this on off-days? could i just buy some bulk creatine mono or cee to save some cash? i guess green mag is already pretty cheap, but i do have some creatine mono caps left

                    I would take the GG pre workout then sip on the PW during your workout. I feel like sipping on the PW during lifting helps with my energy and stamina. It is optional to take it on off days but I myself have found best results taking these daily.

                      i think i may try the glycergrow since it is pretty affordable and will last a long time: 120 servings and i only need one serving on workout days (3 times a week) thats a good deal.

                      unless you guys really think i wont reap good benifits without PW i dont think i will get this. i always heard bcaa's are for for cutting. and my diet is good.

                        GG is very economical and works great remember with GG increase your water intake good luck and keep us posted on your results

                          i have been trying to increase the water i drink in preperation for the green mag.

                          think 1 gallon is enough if i am on green mag and GG?

                            No.

                            GG you need to hydrate yourself more than before. I'd say at least 1.5, but more like 2 a day.

                            How much do you weigh?
