      Thoughts
      I had a REALLY good workout. I decreased the serving of PW from 1 scoop to 2/3, and of GM from 2/3 to 1/2. I also added more water, and this gave me a pleasant boost of energy. It was also easier to drink down with more water. GG was awesome as always, giving me some crazy pumps while I was doing my chins. I like splitting my doses of PW+GM half before, half after workouts. This gave me a sense of recovery, and today (Tuesday) I'm not as sore as usual. GG also seemed to increase my stamina and motivation. I'm not sure how, but it made me want to lift for longer.

      Great stuff. Onto chest/triceps today.

        Day 14 Tuesday (CHEST & TRICEPS)

        Thoughts
        Decent workout today. Ate alot of good food today too. I tried a 1RM with my bp today but I didn't get it I trained for power, with 1 rep sets of heavy weight. However I did them slowly and controlled on the smith. I then hit the pec dec to pump up my chest, and went into more CGBP on the smith with light weight (130lbs), slow and controlled for 8 reps. I then blasted my triceps supersetting dips and rope pushdowns for about 15 minutes.

        Decent workout. I don't think I got my PR because I worked back yesterday, and of course, even though not obvious, all your muscles play a part in something like that.

        Lots of great tricep pumps with GG. Especially at the end, I was feeling very full. PW also makes me feel like I'm not 'dead to the world' as someone put it, after a workout.

              Day 16 Thursday (LEGS)

              Thoughts
              Good workout. Hit it quickly within a matter of 45 minutes but my legs were VERY fatigued. It was hard going up and down stairs, and getting out of chairs/couches. Today my legs aren't sore this morning (430am), but will be by the end of the day I'm sure. I'll be hobbling around tomorrow.

              I'm starting to notice the tingling effects of PW, combined with GG moreso than before. I really love that tingling sensation. Feels a bit like a mild Niacin flush, but its accompanied by energy and a pump.

              By the way, my legs were freakin 'pizumped' yesterday, thanks to my pre-workout combination. They felt very thick.

                I took the weekend off, like I usually do. Got some Powerfull and cAMPHIBOLIC shipped to me. Still trying to figure out how to implement them. I may be saving the cAMPHIBOLIC for when it gets close to summer time. Any thoughts on how to implement these, or comments or anything, please feel free to post them.

                I wanted to hit my chest today (Sunday) but I decided to get my complete rest and regrowth and start up again on Monday with back+biceps.

                  Thoughts
                  I found this back workout to be one of my best. I skipped the Deadlifts this week because I'm working legs on Tuesday and felt DL's would exhaust them. My biceps/forearms are DEEP FRIED today (tuesday) as well as my back. I felt I had a really positive workout.

                  On a side note, I experienced my first "stomach pains" on GG because I took it on an empty stomach. However, I worked through them, and they went away halfway through my workout. I'll make sure to take that with some food from now on.

                  Also, the Powerfull is making me sleep very well. Deepest sleep I've had in a long time these past few nights. However I am always weary of supplements that play with my hormone levels. I'll be watching closely and probably stopping after this bottle (as opposed to running the P-Full for longer.)

                              Hey RR, just a CL n00b dropping by. I noticed in your initial post that you're aiming for around 3000 cals a day with a 40/40/20 PCF split, yet you're averaging somewhere between 160-200g of protein a day. That's significantly under the mark if you haven't noticed. Eat up bud!
