        Oh yeah baby. AA+GG+GM+PW is a potent combination for pumps. Definately kicking down to maybe half a scoop of GG, and only 1 HH pre workout (instead of 2). The pushups at the end of my workout totally fatigued me. I mean, I felt like I was pressing a good amount of weight.

        I was failing at rep 12-13, while I can usually do more. I had to do 7 sets with approx. 2 minutes rest inbetween to make 100 pushups. I usually never do pushups, but it was damn cold outside (where my PowerTower is) so I opted for pushups instead of dips.

        Pushups can be pretty lethal, if your legs are elevated and your at the end of a chest/tricep workout. And based on the fact that I haven't done them in a few weeks, I'm hoping I hit some angles that were fresh, causing soreness in the AM.

          Working a long day today at the office, I won't be able to workout. I might fit in something later, but I'm quite sore from yesterday's workout. Today I'll be focused on eating and keeping my water up. Took some GG this morning, along with PW+GM , and took about 2.5 gallons of water today with me. I plan on sitting at my computer, and drinking water. HeHe!

            Hit it hard and heavy, after a 12 hour workday this definately kicked my ass. I had to activate as much GH and muscle as I could, to put my big thanksgiving dinner to good use. Loving it!

            Also started using the NOS Precursor product. Good pumps. I try to seperate it from my GG, and take it more as a recovery aid than a preworkout aid.

                A good, quick workout today. Isolated the arms which is something I don't do alot. Took my GG+PW+GM cocktail and got some serious pumps. I also think the NOS Precursor taken in the AM and in the PM is helping with nurtient shuttling, and I feel less sore the next day.

                    Well I spent the weekend with my sick girlfriend and I'm sure I caught her cold because I woke up with a sore throat. So I decided to hit it hard today with a combination of chest and legs in order to make up for later this week when I feel shitty. I've also been throwing squats in with other exercises, to stimulate more GH and muscle mass. So far its been working well. I feel I recover better if I have less frequent workouts but do bigger movements. Like today I did nothing but mass builders, such as Bench Press and Squats. This routine combined with a bulking diet and amazing Controlled Labs supplement aresenal will surely build the mass I need for my cut in the spring time.

                            Hitting legs hard on Monday, then chest/triceps on Wednesday, following up with back/core on Friday.

                              Weak squats on Monday because I did deadlifts on Friday. I wasn't putting up the weight I usually do, so I did more volume/higher reps. That works very well for legs anyway. I'm pretty sore today, but GM+PW gave me alot of energy. I've been drinking it pre-workout about 15 minutes, but I think I need to increase that time, because I feel the energy about half way thru my workout (it has its ups and downs)

                              It's going very well so far, I feel like I'm getting bigger everyday.
