    Synopsis
    Going to be logging, to the best of my ability, every day for the next 2-3 months on a strict diet, supplementation and regimented training protocol.
    Statistics
    22 Years Old
    160-165lbs
    5'8"
    10% BF via Caliper
    Goals
    1. To assess the effectiveness of a set supplementation regiment.
    2. To gain lean mass while keeping bodyfat to a minimum.
    3. To improve overall strength, health and well being.
    Supplementation
    Diet
    Approx. 3000 calories per day. About 500-800 calories over maintence. 40/40/20 - Protein source consists of chicken, tuna, steak, lean beef. Carb source consists of potatos, rice, vegetables, pasta.
    Training
    Routine is 4 to 5 days per week.
    1. Back and biceps and traps
    2. Chest and Triceps and delts
    3. Legs
    4. Speciality (arms, abs, shoulders)

    Exercises will be big compound movements, variating between 5x5, Powerlifting (sets of 1-3 reps), and HVT (High Volume Training). Details will be logged day to day.

    History
    Went from 129lb smoker to 165lbs in a little under 2 years. Supplementation and training history includes creatines, NO products, weight gainers, Pheraplex, proteins, Arachadonic Acid, Ecdysterone. Boxing, martial arts, running, weight lifting.

    Day 1 - Wednesday (BACK/BIS/TRAPS)

    Protein shake - 400AM
    Purple WRAATH - 1 scoop Preworkout
    Green MAGnitude - 2/3 scoop Preworkout
    Green Tea Extract - 1 Preworkout, 1 with dinner
    Protein shake - Post workout
    Multivitamin - 1 with Dinner
    Fish oil - 2 grams with dinner

    Workout
    6x6 - Chins (bodyweight)
    5x5 - DB Rows
    5x5 - BB Rows
    4x6 - Shrugs
    4x6 - Upright Rows

    Thoughts - 3.5/5 stars
    Today is not my first day doing Green MAG but it is my first day taking my logging, training, diet and supplementation seriously. I've been doing GM for about 2 weeks and have seen signifigant improvements which I will continue to log.

    Wednesdays workout went pretty well. I had a lot of energy. I did a HIT style workout with about 25 seconds rest in between sets. I was pretty fatigued by the end of the workout. Today (thursday) I am sore, both my back and traps. I feel it was a successful workout.

                  Thoughts
                  Nothing to see here. Rested up, as my whole upper body was quite sore. Did Chest and Tris on Monday, then back and bis/traps on wednesday. Today (Friday) I'm going to be doing legs/core. Hoping to have a great workout tonight, reaching some PR's.

                              Thoughts
                              Good workout today. Felt really pumped and energized, so I started off with 2 big movements. I thought I would be fatigued after, but I wasn't! SO I kept going. Must be the Purple WRAATH!

                              My lifting partner, who I've been training with for a few months now (and has all the really good equip in his basement) hasn't been hitting the weights this past week. If he keeps this up I'll have to join a gym, cuz the weights in my basement just aren't cutting it! BAH!

                              Had a little fun with my camera too! It says "Integrity" on my arm...Yes, that IS a BSN product, and I DID pay for it (I like their protein!)
