    Ever since starting WB 1 wk ago I have had the deepest sleep I have had in many years. Thanks CL!

    Def. man!!! I love taking WB on Sat night b/c I get to sleep in on Sunday!

        I think most people take 3 caps before bed, but I would start off with 2 caps the first few days to assess your tolerance and sleep quality with WB.

              I’m 160lbs (and bulking ) and 2 caps pre workout or pre bed is finnnneee for me. 3 caps would be too gnarly.

              I never thought that WB at night would be worth it as it’s such a good pre workout supplement. But it’s equally as good for night time use, if not better for insomniacs like me!
