Green Bulge/white Blood Stack

so happy!!!
finally got my GB/WB stack from bb.com/wheycheap this morning

just to confirm with reps and those of you who have taken.

is a post creatine needed if i am taking green bulge prior as directed?


also off days - white blood pre bed and green bulge anytime.


only concern i have is i usually need to eat a bit of food before i train otherwise i feel bit weaker... what should i do with this stack since it says take on empty stomach hour before training.

no post creatine needed. correct on the off days timing. take it with a light carb meal and you will be golden
