    First of all I would like to thank Stone Cold Truth and the folks at Controlled Labs for allowing me to test this product. I have not recieved it as of today but plan on starting as soon as I do. Here is some info on the product.

    Now lets get to the fun stuff....talking about me. I will list some stats and then talk about some goals for the log.

    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 265 (this morning)
    BF% Approx 21

    Measurements (unflexed)
    Waist 43
    Chest 52
    Right Arm 18
    Right Leg 28
    Neck 18
    Right Calve 17.5 (I know pathetic my arms and neck are bigger than my calve)

    Diet
    Extremely clean, 7 meals per day. I aim for 2100-2700 calories per day broken down.

    300G protein
    50-200 Carb
    60-75 Fat

    Training style. I am on week 13 of the Big Beyond Belief training program. I have 5 more weeks to go. On this program I train with weights 6 days per week and typically do cardio 5-6 times a week as well. The workout is basically periodization condensed in a week going from Endurance to Strength to power. I train very hard and never miss a workout. My biggest challenge is staying out of the gym on rest days....yes I am a bit obsessed.

    Other Supps used:
    Protein (Whey Isolate, Casien, Blend)
    Fish Oil-6 grams daily
    Multi- Using Animal Pak
    DS Glucophase XR (1 first thing, 1 post workout)
    DS Vigor (2 daily)
    BCAA (40+grams daily)

    Note: I will be cycling off creatine (Xceed) for the duration of this log.

    My goals for the log.

    -I will be evaluating the product in 3 general catagories. Energy, Appetite Suppression and Fat Loss.

    -I can typically lose 4-5 pounds of fat in 30 days without any fat burners so I am shooting for 6-8 pounds to be determined by scale, mirror and BF testing. I will get results during this log I just want to gauge how much red Acid enhances it.

    -I will update this log a minimum of 4 days a week. Although given my obsession it will likely be an everyday thing. I hope many of you will come along for the ride.

    CL guys let me know if there is anything else you would like me to include.

            More info on me

            On March 1st of this year I was 329 pounds at close to 40% bodyfat. On that day I decided I would get back in shape. For me in the past that would mean working out obsesively for 12 weeks and then going back to my old habits. This time I really decided to make a lifestyle change and I am 7+ months into my transformation. I have a specific goal to have 20 pounds of bodyfat total and I don't care at what weight. I think I am about 7 months from this goal so this log represents the halfway point in my transformation. I am in no hurry to get there though as I know that the slower I lose this the more likely I am to keep it off. (I also really fear loose skin but its inevitable). I am very adamant about keeping whatever lean mass I do have and thats why I take so many BCAA and refuse to cut calories drastically. I am really enjoying this transformation as it has been mental as well as physical. I currently do some motivational speaking and would like to eventually be able to talk to people about transforming thier lives and thier bodies.

            Well here is a picture of me before. It's actually older and I was fatter than this.

            This log will kick ass

                      Took my first dose today.

                      I recieved my package last night. I woke up this morning and trained and took a dose about 30 minutes pre workout with some Isolate protein and carbs.

                      The energy I recieved was not crazy but I would describe it more like a buzz feeling. I could almost swear I felt a little tingling in my facial region.

                      Comments: This was a horrible workout. I really had to push through it. It had nothing to do with the Red Acid but I just wasnt feeling great. I guess you have to suffer through these workouts to get to the good ones. On another somewhat negative note I leave tonight to go out of town and will be in Rural New Hampshire and there is a good chance I could have a tough time updating this log. However I have already located a health club so I will be training and eating clean.

                              Comments: Red Acid makes you VERY HOT. The energy from this product for me has been good...not great but I have never had a pill that feels so thermogenic. I sweat like a madman.
